Biography
Carrie Schurig is a Calgary-based artist known for her ability to make things, respond to her environment, and rejoice in creativity. She has an Honours Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto and is currently pursuing a Master of Education for Change Graduate Degree focusing on Indigenous Studies and Social Justice. Carrie is a Visual Arts Teacher and Fine Arts Learning Leader at Willow Park Arts Centred Learning School with the Calgary Board of Education.
